THE VIP ROOM AFFILIATE AGREEMENT
This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between The Social Party Agency, LLC (“Company”) and the participating affiliate (“Affiliate”). By joining the Affiliate Program, Affiliate agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Program Overview
The Company offers an Affiliate Program that allows Affiliates to earn recurring commissions for referring new paying members to The VIP Room.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliate will earn $20 per active referral each month (“Recurring Commission”).
A referral is considered active when the referred customer has paid for their VIP Room subscription for that month.
Commissions continue as long as the affiliate and the referred customer remains an active, paying member.
3. Payment Terms
Commissions are paid out on the 15th of the following month for all active referrals from the previous month.
Payments will be issued via the payment method on file (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer, or Company-approved method).
4. Referral Requirements
Affiliate must use their unique referral link or code provided by the Company.
Self-referrals are not permitted.
Fraudulent, misleading, or unethical promotion will result in immediate removal from the Affiliate Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
5. Term & Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.
Upon termination, recurring commissions will stop unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Independent Contractor Status
Affiliate is an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or representative of the Company.
Affiliate is responsible for any taxes owed from commissions earned.
7. Modification of Agreement
The Company may update or modify this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes.
8. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the full agreement between the parties regarding the Affiliate Program.
