Third-Party Sharing
Authorize Company and its affiliates/partners to share the content on their own social media accounts and digital platforms.*
No Compensation
Understand that participation is voluntary, and I will not receive monetary compensation for use of my or my child(ren)’s image, voice, or likeness.*
Release of Liability
Release and discharge Company, its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or connected with the use of content featuring me or my child(ren).*
Minor Consent
I confirm that I am the parent/legal guardian of the minor(s) participating and I have the legal right to grant this consent.*
