With no college degree but a whole lot of hustle, Ali built a six-figure business from the ground up and has since helped sell over a million dollars for other brands. Now, she’s on a mission to help businesses grow, thrive, and show up online with confidence, clarity, and some serious flair. By day (and often night), Brooke is deep in the grit and grind of the oil field, working as a drilling fluids engineer—aka the woman keeping things flowing when the pressure’s on. But when she’s home on her two weeks off, she becomes our everything: the handywoman, the hype girl, the can-fix-anything force that keeps this dream moving forward.
Brooke didn’t just support Ali’s vision—she believed in it so much, she became our main investor. She’s the reason The Social Party exists today, and the heartbeat behind so much of what we’ve built. Whether she’s building furniture for the office, fixing our tech, or showing up with snacks and sarcasm at just the right moment, Brooke is proof that every business needs someone in their corner who’s all-in.
She might work in drilling fluids, but around here, she’s the solid ground. And we’d quite literally fall apart without her.
DEVIN STEIHLER
Content Creator + Video Editor
Devin is basically the visual wizard behind the curtain, our incredibly talented Content Manager and your soon-to-be favorite creative partner. Devin is the one behind the camera, turning your big ideas into scroll-stopping videos that actually convert. She’s a master at taking your marketing vision and bringing it to life in a way that not only looks amazing but builds loyal, engaged audiences through custom branding that truly stands out.
She’s got an eye for aesthetics, a mind for strategy, and probably a ring light in one hand and an iced coffee in the other. Outside of making marketing magic, you’ll find her exploring the world with her fur baby Ocean and her fiancé, or living her best life at the local farmers market — most likely after a casual round of goat yoga. Yes, goat yoga. You haven’t lived until you’ve seen it on her stories.
